Jamey Webster is an experienced executive and business consultant specializing in sales process and methodology, sales training and development, and facilitation. He brings over 17 years of experience in sales force development and management with both small and large international organizations. Throughout his career Jamey has successfully implemented the Miller Heiman sales process within the organizations he has managed and led. As a consultant with Miller Heiman, Jamey focuses on leveraging proven sales processes, methodologies and tools to assist his clients in building exceptional sales organizations. Additionally, he is executive director and owner of The Webster Group, a sales and communications performance consulting firm. His clients include companies in Oil and Gas, Energy, Technology, Offshore Construction, Environmental and Heavy Industrial industries.
Prior to starting his own consulting firm, Jamey was a leader at Halliburton where he served as Global Operations Director for Landmark Graphics as well as Director of Geomechanics and North America Region Manager. Jamey participated in Halliburton’s Texas A&M Business Leadership Development Program and graduated from the President’s Leadership Excellence Program. Before joining Halliburton through acquisition, he served as Chief Executive Officer for Knowledge Systems where he was responsible for leading the company’s sales, marketing and operating divisions. Jamey was directly responsible for record revenue growth each of the ten years that he was with Knowledge Systems.
Jamey is also an active member of the community and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Second Mile Ministries, President of the Board of Directors for African Outreach Ministries as is a prior board member of The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Houston and prior Chairman of the Taylor Sear’s Champion the Cure for Cystic Fibrosis Annual Fundraiser. He was appointed by Texas Lt. Governor David Dewhurst to serve on the Jobs and Education for Texans Board.
